Bhushan Steel Limited

Conducted Valuation of the country’s largest auto-grade steel manufacturer for units located at Ghaziabad, Khapoli, and Angul with a total installed capacity of 7 MTPA. Assets comprised of integrated steel plants, industrial estates, townships, railway siding, land banks, and other allied assets. The valuation was conducted under IBC 2016.

KSK Mahanadi Power Company Limited

GAA has conducted a valuation of KSK Mahanadi Power Company Limited which operates a 3,600 MW (6×600 MW: Partial Commissioned), coal-based power plant, located in Chhattisgarh. The first 600 MW has been commissioned in 2013 and the second 600 MW has been commissioned in August 2014.

Jaypee Infratech Limited

GAA was awarded an exclusive mandate by lenders to conduct a valuation of all the assets owned by Jaypee and Group companies for debt restructuring under the various schemes of CDR, SDR, and S4A of RBI. Total assets value was more than INR 500 billion; assets included Land, Banks, Industrial Township, Expressway, Formula 1 Racing Track, Sports City, Hotels, Resorts, Cement Plants, Mines & Mineral, Super Critical Coal Based Power Plants and ROR-Hydro Power Plants.

Era Infra Engineering Limited (EIEL)

GAA has conducted a valuation of Era Infra Engineering Limited (EIEL) which is in the business of Construction Engineering and procurement of infrastructure projects across India. The nature of projects in which the company is involved is roads & highways, plants, metros, housings, IT parks, railways, and others. The company has deployed different assets on these projects at several locations spread across the nation.

Punj Lloyd Ltd.

Carried Valuation of an EPC conglomerate for assets spread across the globe in 11 countries at 104 locations spread across PAN India and abroad. The asset varied from high precision defense manufacturing facilities to heavy earth moving equipment ranging from deep ocean barges, trolley cranes, excavators, graders, pavers, and other allied equipment. The valuation was conducted under IBC 2016.

Transstroy India Limited

GAA has conducted a valuation of an EPC contractor for the assets located across PAN India. The company provides services for irrigation, cargo berth, and infrastructure sectors. It has completed more than 15 projects in the sectors mentioned above. The valuation was conducted under IBC 2016.

Ruchi Soya Industries Limited

GAA conducted a valuation of group and group companies for all fixed assets and financial investment and security. Company in edible oils business is one of the largest with 22 operational plants in the sector having annual turnover of INR 100 Billion. The valuation was conducted for the resolution plan under insolvency proceedings. Assets valued were land, building, machinery, equipment, inventory, brands, trademarks, copyright, and investments.

Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Ltd.

GAA has conducted a valuation of a company involved in the manufacturing of Ship Buildings. Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Limited (formerly known as Bharati Shipyard Limited) were incorporated on June 22, 1976. It has state-of-the-art shipbuilding and fabrication facilities in, Dabhol, Ratnagiri, Goa, Mangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata. The company’s management includes pre-design, shipbuilding, ship repair, rig construction.

Cox & Kings Ltd.

GAA has conducted a valuation of the movable assets owned by one of the world’s most prominent travel companies, Cox & Kings Ltd. The company has operations spread across 22 countries and 4 continents. It comprises movable assets like office equipment, computers & peripherals, vehicles, etc. located in India across key cities such as New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, Nagpur, and Jaipur.

Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited (LTHPL)

GAA has conducted a valuation of the assets of a Hydropower project which is a Run-of-the River power plant project located across river Teesta in South district Sikkim. The project is spread across a land area of approx. 140 hectares. Its assets majorly comprise of Diversion Barrage, Intake, Sedimentation Chamber, Flushing Conduits, Head Race Tunnel (HRT), Surge Shaft, Pressure Shaft, Hydraulic Turbines, Generators, Transformers, SwitchYard, Port Yard, etc.
